1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to Xtreme HD TV (xtremehdtv.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Service Provision & Concurrency

Xtreme HD TV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription to access our streaming infrastructure for the specific duration and number of concurrent screens purchased. Simultaneous playback exceeding your plan allowance will trigger automated rate limiting.

3. Zero Auto-Billing & Payments

All subscriptions are 100% prepaid one-time payments. We do not store credit card credentials or execute automated recurring rebilling. Your service terminates automatically at the end of your prepaid period unless manually renewed.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscriptions are intended strictly for personal household enjoyment. Re-streaming, capturing, broadcasting in commercial public venues, or reselling credentials without an authorized Wholesale Reseller account is strictly prohibited and results in immediate revocation without refund.

5. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a 14-day technical satisfaction guarantee. If our support concierge is unable to resolve an upstream streaming defect on your verified compatible player, a prompt refund will be issued via your original payment rail.
